MEET FELICIA
I create spaces where people can hear themselves again.
Not through fixing.
Not through forcing.
Not through becoming someone else.
But through creating enough internal space to finally notice what’s already there underneath the noise.

This work didn’t begin as a business.
It began as a question.
What happens when people spend so much of their lives surviving…that they lose connection with themselves underneath it all?
For years, I watched people carry emotional weight quietly.
Caregivers.
Parents.
People holding entire worlds together while barely having room to hear themselves inside it all.
And beneath so much of it, I noticed the same thing:
Not brokenness.
Disconnection.
Not because people were failing.
Because most environments never taught them how to truly listen inward safely.
That became the beginning of The Spiral Current.

A little more personally…
I’m also a mother, a longtime caregiver advocate, and a special needs parent who understands what it means to carry both deep love and deep responsibility at the same time.
Much of this work was shaped not only through study and reflection, but through lived experience.
Through navigating survival mode.
Holding space for others.
Learning what happens when people spend so long functioning for everyone around them that they slowly lose connection with themselves.
Before this work, I also spent years in the sciences as a microbiologist — an experience that shaped the way I observe patterns, systems, behavior, and the deeper layers underneath what people often assume is “wrong” with them.
All of it eventually led me here:
Creating spaces where people can finally slow down enough to hear themselves again.
WHAT I BELIEVE
I believe people already carry more wisdom, awareness, and truth inside them than most systems make room for.
I don’t believe healing comes from becoming someone entirely new.
I believe something shifts when people feel safe enough to:
slow down
become honest
notice themselves
listen inward
reconnect with what’s already there.
That’s the work.
Not perfection.
Not performance.
Presence.
Awareness.
Remembrance.
Perspectives That Shape This Work
The Spiral Current is rooted in a different way of understanding emotional well-being, self-awareness, survival, and human experience.
These perspectives shape everything I create.
Safety Before Self-Improvement:
Many people are trying to improve themselves while their nervous system is still operating in survival.
Real change often begins when people feel safe enough internally to honestly hear themselves.
Not through pressure.
Through awareness, reflection, and internal safety.
Emotional Awareness Is Intelligence:
Emotions are not weaknesses to suppress or obstacles to overcome.
They are information.
The body often notices truth before the mind explains it.
When people learn how to listen to themselves more honestly, life often begins reorganizing from the inside out.

Survival Roles Are Not Identity:
Many people mistake adaptation for identity.
The roles we learn to survive — the strong one, the fixer, the caretaker, the one who always holds everything together — are often patterns developed through experience, not necessarily who we are underneath them.
Awareness creates space to reconnect with ourselves beyond those roles.
Self-Trust Matters:
Much of this work centers around helping people reconnect with their own inner awareness instead of constantly looking outside themselves for permission, certainty, or truth.
Not because external guidance is wrong.
But because many people have lost connection with their own internal knowing underneath years of pressure, conditioning, survival, and constant noise.
Awareness Shapes What We Pass Forward:
The way we relate to emotions, stress, exhaustion, survival, and self-worth does not only affect us individually.
It shapes the emotional environments future generations grow inside of.
Awareness changes what becomes normalized.
And often, that is where generational change begins.
THROUGH THE SPIRAL CURRENT, I CREATE:
reflective workshops
guided experiences
podcast conversations
writing and audio reflections
support spaces for caregivers and helping professionals
immersive experiences rooted in emotional honesty and nervous system awareness
Everything I create is designed to feel less like self-improvement…and more like coming home to yourself again.
